  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

Rollcast.ai is a digital product that provides immediate access to our AI-powered podcast creation tools upon subscription. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access provided, we do not offer refunds once your subscription has begun.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have immediate access to the service upon payment
  • You waive your right to a refund under the EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital content
  • All sales are final

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Rollcast.ai, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service to create harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our technology

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Rollcast.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, content, or information that may occur while using our service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services integrated with our platform (including but not limited to AI providers, payment processors, and hosting services).
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using Rollcast.ai. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

The Rollcast.ai platform, including its design, features, and technology, remains our exclusive property.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any content stored on our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
